In this pivotal role, you'll guide the creation and execution of our product vision, translating sophisticated customer needs into a clear product roadmap. Your leadership will navigate the balance between technical possibilities, business goals, and user experience, ensuring the delivery of solutions that drive efficiency and value.

As the driving force behind our product strategy, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and collaborate with partners across the organization to bring our legal and HR applications to life. Your ability to conduct detailed market research, articulate product specifications, and define release schedules will be key to your success.   • Owns product end to end for complex or cross-platform solutions for products of the highest level of complexity and scope, or family of products supporting Legal and HR business goals.
  • Crafting applications related to government requirements and must be a US Citizen.
  • Works across multiple business channels such as IT, Legal, Cyber Security, as well as external suppliers/partners to drive development and implementation.
  • Anticipates industry trends, direction, innovation, analyses potential impacts or opportunities to customer / product, and incorporates analyses into product process.
  • Communicates, influences, and sells ideas at Executive level and below. This includes regularly delivering product presentations.
  • Maintains current understanding of tech trends. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or build opportunity for innovation of the product.Customer Evangelist
    • Brings to bear customer insights for product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities. Uses empathy and deep research to advocate for customer needs and viewpoints.
    • Translates product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for Dev teams for highly sophisticated products with multiple transactions and touchpoints. This work may include creation of prototypes.Product Execution & Technical Delivery
      • Owns and handles product backlog and priorities with our business and technology partners. Backlog at this level typically serves 5 - 8 Agile / Scrum / Sprint teams, often with dependencies on other internal and external teams.
      • Scopes and ensures alignment on the prioritization of activities based on business and customer impact.
      • Collaborates with Architecture and Dev teams to ensure technical debt and long term technical investment is factored into roadmap.
      • Ensures existing production defects are factored into regular backlog prioritization for resolution based on priority.
      • Collaborates with partners Design and Dev / Execution teams to build and communicate anticipated release schedule.Relationship & People, Professional Development
        • Collaborates and develops positive working relationships with many teams, including design, user experience, marketing, legal, accessibility, Dev, Architecture, Engineering.
        • Develops adoption tools and training material for Design and Engineering teams. Education:Bachelor's Degree - Design, Visual Communications, System Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.Work Experience:
          • 7+ years of Product Management in JIra Agile software product development environments.
          • 7+ years of relevant product design and 3+ years of proven expertise delivering a design system product to market. Sophisticated level understanding of customer experience.Required Qualifications:
            • US citizenship
            • Jira Agile experience with Agile backlog/project management tools and SAFe Agile
            • Proven track record to optimally and efficiently connect with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of teamwork and influence.
            • Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives.
              • At least 18 years of age
              • T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization. This role requires U.S. citizenship. Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire - failure to do so will result in termination.
