Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customer's experienceThe Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Technical Architect will leverage their technical and leadership skills to provide technical oversight and management to support the RPA projects in ensuring RPA tools, development efforts, and production are in compliance with COE and Organizational IT requirements. As an RPA Technical Architect, you will be owning and driving the RPA team of analysts, developers, and testers, delivering projects that identify, design, and implement robotics process solutions using UiPath, Salesforce, and other automation software. With strong technical, analytical and leadership skills, you will collaborate and consult across cross functional teams including Product Owners, and Business users, and Infrastructure, to deliver highly quality automation solutions.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate. Designing and developing automation solutions using RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Collaborating with business stakeholders and process owners to identify potential automation opportunities, assist with ROI analysis and creating PDD, and define automation requirements. Conducting feasibility assessments and proof of concepts to evaluate the technical and business viability of automation initiatives. Developing technical architecture and solution design documents that detail the RPA solution's components, interfaces, data flow, and security requirements. Overseeing the development and deployment of RPA bots and maintaining the bot infrastructure, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Managing the RPA development team, providing technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure quality and consistency across projects. Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data protection policies and standards throughout the RPA development lifecycle. Establishing and maintaining best practices and standards for RPA development, testing, and deployment. Keep current with the latest RPA technologies and trends, and providing thought leadership on how RPA can drive business value and innovation. Serve as the RPA COE technical interface within the IT Organization. Review code for compliance and reuse and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards and best practices. Maintain and update UI Path development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc.) Support UAT and Go live rollout phases of RPA solutions built by the development team.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelors degree in Computer Science, plus relevant industry certifications. Required Skills: Minimum 6+ years of building solutions using UiPath, with 4+ years of that as an RPA architect. Strong expertise in UiPath technologies like Studio, Orchestrator, OCR, Automation Hub, etc. for designing, developing, and deploying UiPath bots. Minimum 10+ years of software development experience with Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python for developing custom activities and extensions for UiPath. Experience with UiPath automation framework design and implementation, including error handling, logging, and exception management. Deep understanding of RPA implementation best practices, including bot governance, scalability, and maintainability. Knowledge of UiPath integrations with other enterprise systems and technologies, such as ERP, CRM, and BPM platforms. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, and the ability to analyze and document processes for automation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, process owners, and other RPA development team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical challenges and optimize RPA solutions. Understanding of data security and privacy regulations, and the ability to implement security measures for UiPath bots and infrastructure. Experience with UiPath cloud deployment and management, as well as UiPath certification in UiPath RPA development and architecture. Must have integration experience with mainframes systems involving protocols such as TN3270 or TN5250, as well as knowledge of mainframe security and data access controls. Must have integration experience with APIs to connect with other software applications and systems using REST, SOAP, or other API protocols, as well as experience with API authentication and error handling. Must have integration experience with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have UiPath Advanced Developer and Solutions Architect certifications. Preferred Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. UiPath Infrastructure Architect certification. Experience designing/developing/deploying with 100+ bots in Auto Finance setting. Prior demonstrated experience building Scalable Digital Workforce and Multi-BOT Architecture. Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills. Proven technical aptitude and proven customer service aptitude.
