SAP Go To Market Lead:
The SAP Market Unit Growth Leader represents the SAP I&D
service line will bring executive and thought leadership to focus
on driving specific market unit growth and ensure delivery
excellence for the ongoing health and success of our clients.
Some of the SAP Market Unit Growth Leader responsibilities will be
as below:
--- Be responsible for leading growth within a particular specific
market unit for SAP I&D
--- Be responsible for creating and managing long term engagement
and grow the business (ownership from sales - delivery)
--- Build and nurture senior management level business
relationships within the account(s).
--- Responsible for developing business and driving topline sales
and revenue year over year within the account
--- Drive Capgemini's portfolio of SAP I&D offerings and
capabilities across the SAP Service Line as well as Market
Units
--- Build annual customer business Account Plans with delivery team
and execute these plans
--- Participate/ represent in Conferences / Industry events and
analyst interactions
Skills and Experience Profile
--- Minimum of 10 years of account management experience
--- Minimum of 10 years' experience with large services player
--- Must have demonstrated experience in mining the account and
registering tangible revenue growth year-over-year in the accounts
managed
--- Business leader with demonstrated revenue number achievement
who has excelled in engagement at CxO/ CxO-1 levels with
customers.
--- Self-motivated and should be able to work at senior levels of
management both internally and externally
--- Experience working in global delivery model with a large IT
Services player is preferable
--- Rapidly respond to tactical resource requirements along with
ability to direct teams for building the project proposals
--- Valid work authorization in the US and readiness to travel as
required within the US
--- Must have a Bachelor's degree
--- Must have a stable career background
--- Must have a strong executive presence
--- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and have
experience in growing / transforming talent within a practice
--- Must have held a previous practice leadership role within the
SAP Business Analytics or Insights and Data space
Day to Day Responsibilities:
--- You are an engagement lead and a driving force in the
partnership between Capgemini and the client. You understand and
analyze the complexities and opportunities inherent in a global
business environment.
--- You align the design of the Delivery according to the
principles of enterprise architecture and control its successful
implementation.
--- You identify and assess technical evolution scenarios of a
client organization, and define its governance processes and
program management.
--- You are acknowledged internally and externally as a thought
leader, are seen as a role model in your community, and can operate
effectively at the highest levels within national and
multi-national organizations.
Required Skills and Experience:
--- 18 years, Bachelor's Degree.
--- Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 2 and is seeking
level 3/4.
--- Should be masters in Foundation, People Leadership, Technology
Awareness & Leveraging, Service & Delivery, Innovation & Capability
Growth.
--- Should be experienced in Client Acquisition & Development,
Business Leadership.
--- Data and/or BTP background
--- Strong Delivery background
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this
delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile
Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
