Title: Senior Full Stack Python Developer (Remote) Location: Remote DIRECT HIRE MUST BE W-2 ELIGIBLE WITH AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE US ON W-2. NO C2C. NO CORP 2 CORP. Summary: Our client is seeking a very Senior Python Full Stack development resource with enterprise-grade experience designing, developing, and deploying high-volume Python/ Django /Celery applications. Responsibilities:

• Get a firm understanding of web traffic flow to /from Python application in the AWS ecosystem: Route 53, CloudFront, ECR, ECS, EC2 and CloudWatch
• Based on the traffic flow analysis, come up with recommendations to DevOps team on how to best utilize the AWS IaaS platform to reach the maximum Python/Django efficiency.
• Work on Python update /upgrade stack considering the dependencies on the third-party apps
• Understand the bottlenecks in Python performance and mitigate them
• Fix the security vulnerabilities (unsafe libraries, potential security keys exposed in code, etc.) in Python stack
• Be very comfortable in Jenkins's deployment stack - SCM (Assembla) - > Docker Image - > AWS ECR repo - > AWS ECS: make (if needed) deployment changes, create branches, troubleshoot errors, etc. Qualifications:
• A self-starter and have 7 years +of Python stack troubleshooting in a high volume production environment

• Leading a project to eliminate critical use spreadsheets, replacing each workbook with a small python application
• Building a python test framework for the automated testing and quality assurance of the entire eco-system
• Utilize python modules such as requests, urllib, urllib2 for web crawling, and Beautifulsoup for data parsing
• Maintain software for the Server Management Unit, running python as the standardized language and shell scripts
• Developing and coordinating testing procedures with Quality Assurance
• Enhancing python scrips, and developing new code
• Develop new automation framework code and features in python
• Developing an internal Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development software testing pipeline for the client's Cloud service offerings
• Follow software development best practices
• Utilizing technologies: python, Django, mysql, html, JavaScript, css, bootstrap
• Using the latest investigative technologies to intercept and capture samples
• Work closely with a fast paced team of business and technical collaborators to build complex, data intensive health informatics web applications
• Assisting in the team's skills development during software development projects
