Check out just few of our Awards !Itential is looking to add a Software Engineer to the Itential Training team who will focus on making network and digital transformation a reality for our customers. In this role, you will serve as a key technical lead for our Documentation and Training team when developing new courses, virtual labs and other training materials to support the learning requirements of our customers, partners and employees. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and professional individual with in-depth technical expertise as well as strong training and business acumen.Responsibilities and DutiesLead the design, development and implementation of virtual training labs to support Itential technical coursesProvide technical support to the Itential Documentation and Training team during the development of new e-learning and instructor led coursesCoordinate with course instructional designers to ensure that hands-on virtual labs align with course objectives and are built for scalability and long-term supportCollaborate with Itential Product Management and Engineering Teams to identify key use cases for new product versions or releases that should be incorporated into virtual labsFunction as an Itential Academy Technical Advisor and Itential Subject Matter Expert (SME) to customers, partners, and employeesServe as an adjunct Itential remote or classroom instructor as needed to meet customer demand for training

Requirements:
