Zoom is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work with Zoom's developers. In this role, you will work directly with Zoom developers to ensure they get onboarded to our platform with as little friction as possible! Most importantly, you will be an advocate for our developers internally and work with engineering to make sure their use cases are made possible within the Zoom ecosystem. What you would do Work directly with Zoom's developers to provide a growing ecosystem that listens to their needs Support our developers by doing what is necessary to solve their problems Be an expert on Zoom's platform and its best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Zoom to improve our developer product, partner ecosystem, and core functionality to make sure our developers can be successful Work on projects that help to grow our community, create great developer experiences, and promote the Zoom platform. What you should have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of developer advocacy, technical support engineering, partner/sales engineering, software engineering, or related experience.
