Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist guests with luggage Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must possess a valid state driver's license, successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations. Hospitality industry experience preferred.
