Job Description:

Primary Responsibility: Sr. Recruiting Specialist is a critical position in support of Americold's continued growth and expansion. In this role, the Talent Partner will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, developing advanced sourcing strategies to leverage diverse, high caliber candidates, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based methods. What You'll Do:o
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to support and develop best-in-class recruiting strategies that attract top talent to Americoldo
Successfully manage full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions for professional roleso
Proficient and proven track record in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals talent communities and other methods for direct sourcingo
Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods and fostering long-term relationships with candidateso
Provide a superior experience to candidates and hiring managerso
Guide hiring managers through critical steps in the talent acquisition process and ensure adherence to Americold standards and policieso
Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problemso
Report weekly on recruiting activitiesWhat Experience and Education You Need :o
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceo
5-8 years of related experience in full cycle recruiting in a professional services environment o
Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems as well as Office suite of products o
Supply Chain/Logistics industry experience preferredWhat Could Set You Apart:o
Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent with an emphasis on attracting passive candidateso
Ability to influence/coach hiring managers on recruiting process and talent decisionso
Solid fluency with applicant tracking systems such as CRM/ATS, LinkedIn, social media platforms and Office suite for recruitingo
The ability to thrive, influence, and communicate within a dynamic, highly matrixed environment and understand the need to be flexible & adaptableo
