This is a position that allows you build strategic partnerships with companies and help them fill critical roles within their organizations, place candidates in their ideal positions and transform your life as well.
Our Recruiters not only recruit candidates for open positions, but also have the opportunity to establish and grow relationships with companies and build partnerships with clients. Each Recruiter is responsible for identifying potential growth opportunities with companies, explaining our services to clients, negotiating contract terms and maintaining communication with companies throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
We do not require previous recruiting or business development experience because we provide extensive initial training. Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
