After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office. ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Care Center (CCC) is committed to solving our customers' needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings: --- Part-time (average 24 hours per week) --- Shifts are afternoon/evening/night and weekends *** Schedules require availability on the weekends*** Please Note: --- Start Date: June 20, 2022 --- Mandatory Training is 14 weeks duration. Training: After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office.ning! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well. Training hours will be: 10:30am - 7:00pm EST Onboarding 6/20- 6/22 Core: 6/23 -8/19 1st week of Nesting: 8/22 - 8/26 2nd two weeks of Nesting: 8/27, 8/30 - 9/2; 9/3, 9/6 -9/9 Post Training shifts range from 12:00pm to 8:30pm or 8:30am to 7:00pm (weekdays vary) and range from 8:00am to 10:00pm EST (weekend days vary)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) We offer competitive starting pay which may include shift differential and/or bilingual pay. After six months of service you will automatically receive a $.50 increase per hour. Merit reviews are conducted annually and may include performance-based pay increases as well as a bonus based on company results. Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role. The training continues beyond day one as well. New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Customer Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm. QualificationsRetention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
