Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:Role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent. Additionally, ideal candidate research HR or related topics, develops policies and procedures, documents processes, and executes on other HR projects as assigned or needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Creates requisitions in ADP Workforcenow and posts position internally for three (3) days minimum, then posts position externally via ADP Workforcenow, contracted partners and/or new partners or social media and other postings as needed.
  • Networks, sources, screens and/or interviews candidates to build a pipeline for current and future hires.
  • Assesses candidates' skills via Talent Central as needed.
  • Provides executive summaries to management on top 3 to 5 candidates for each position
  • Coordinate interviews via Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Generates offer letters, drug screening documents etc., as needed
  • Coordinates with and informs administrative departments (HR, IT, Finance) of upcoming hires
  • Delivers new hire orientation and assessment; ninety-assessment; and other new hire follow up as needed.
  • Conduct HR research, propose policy and procedures and develop as needed
  • Follow up system updates related to releases in ADP Workforcenow
  • Other HR projects and tasks as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:---Knowledge and skilled in general HR and talent acquisition, especially high volume with 30 or more openings preferred---Knowledge, skills, and ability to communicate in verbal and written formats, including ability to present to small groups---Knowledge and skilled in building rapport, navigating politics, and high-stress situations in a calm manner ---Knowledge, skills, and ability to determine customer service expectations and exceed ---Knowledge and intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge, and Teams; must be tech savvy ---Knowledge of HR and employment law, related to Equal Opportunity Employer, Affirmative Action, Background and Drug Screening---Knowledge of time management principles and project management with skills and ability to organize and prioritize projects, responsibilities, and tasks---Ability to type up to think critically, analyze problems, propose solutions, be flexible and pivot as needed---Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, yet able to work effectively in a team environment.---Must be detail oriented and self-directed, able to maintain confidentiality of information, work well with individuals at all levels, and be flexible in work assignments
