An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our people team, and manage the global day-to-day recruitment cycle for a wide range of junior to mid-level roles, and contractors (multilingual community managers and social media moderators).

This is a hands-on environment where you will be working with the Senior Talent & Recruitment Manager to manage several vacancies at once. We would love for someone to come in with fresh and innovative ideas to help us to shape the way we approach recruitment at the agency, from revising our hiring and selection methods, improving employer branding as well as ensuring we have an inclusive approach.

  • This is a full time position available as fully remote anywhere within the UK or the US east coast. We are open to discussing flexible working patterns**

    What you'll be doing:
    • 360 recruitment management (Screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, issuing and marking assessments and verifying candidates' availability against the resource gap)
    • Partnering with the hiring manager to agree timelines for hire, interview process, assessment tasks and where the role will be advertised.
    • Growing talent pools: proactively source and identify potential talent through social media and networking, for key roles and languages, and maintain contact in line with GDPR.
    • Recruitment reporting: Assist the Senior Talent & Recruitment Manager to produce monthly recruitment reports e.g. time to hire, time to fill, recruitment costs.
    • Employer branding: work with Senior Talent & Recruitment Manager and marketing team to create inclusive and engaging content to our Careers page to attract potential talent.
    • Collaborate in Recruitment projects: Assisting the People team and Senior Talent & Recruitment Manager to work on projects.

      • Superb organisational skills and a natural multitasker: It can get quite busy handling many roles at one time, correcting assessments, and going back and forth with candidate conversations, so we're looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure.
      • Data driven: You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach, compiling and presenting key recruitment metrics and insights.
      • Having a drive to learn & improve: You're constantly looking for better ways to enhance recruitment practices by keeping abreast of the latest techniques and trends. Eg: D&I, social media recruitment, sourcing techniques, employer branding.
      • A born team player: We are a tight-knit team and we work collaboratively.
      • Open to share ideas, learn and receive feedback: You want to add value to the team by making suggestions, as well as learning from your colleagues..

        What you need for this role:
        • Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar roles (essential)
        • Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment changes and trends, especially in the current market
        • Experience in recruitment analytics is highly desirable.
        • Confidence using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or any similar CRM platform.
        • Some knowledge of ATS, social media and networking tools.
        • Awareness of key job boards and their strengths.
        • Exposure to assessments tools e.g. competency-based interviewing, behavioural questions, assessments, etc.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with awareness of communication with people from different cultures.
