  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using job boards and LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques where you can find candidate profiles throughout the Internet
  • Use internal and external tools to find candidates' contact information and create a network/pipeline of in-demand skill sets
  • Write compelling content and descriptions that get candidates to apply for jobs/respond to messages
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems to upload candidates and track candidate progress
  • Assist the Talent and Culture team in employer branding and DEI efforts
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc reporting for market availability, TTF (time to fill), and other metrics related to Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks as needed

    • BA/BS in Human Resources or relevant field preferredExperience:
      • Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a candidates and stakeholders
      • 2+ years experience implementing advanced candidate sourcing strategies
      • Desire and hunger to learn about our business and how each role plays a critical part in our success
      • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (with a focus in tech or product verticals)Knowledge, skills and abilities:
        • Collaborative nature and understands the value of internal partnerships
        • Excellent at driving the recruiting life cycle despite any obstacles
        • Excellent representative of the company - professional, articulate, knowledgeable and intelligent
        • Ability to identify specialized skills each candidate brings to ConsumerAffairs
