Because wheneveryou join, however long you stay, the exceptionalEY experience lasts a lifetime. **Job Summar** **y** : As a Campus Recruiting Operations Specialist at the Associate rank,youwillmanage a portfolio of projects and/or processes in support of campus recruiting field operations strategy. This includes the deployment of consistent processes in the execution of recruiting strategy and various improvement initiatives. Areas of project focus are candidate pre-boarding, reporting, and recruitment process operations. **Ke** **y** **Responsibilities** : Provide exceptional candidate experience from acceptance to start including a smooth transition of all candidatesinto EY: + Execute preboarding process and candidate experience for designated group of campus candidates (i.e. all candidates in a specific Service Line, BU, National Practice, etc.). Liaises with related recruiting and business stakeholders. Candidate point of contact to usher them through pre-boarding experience. This includes: + Managing start date assignment process including partnership with BU and SL recruiting leadership on start date options, coordinatewith candidates on available and preferred dates, appling process and business knowledge to assess approval of change requests by the business and/or the candidates. Determining when process deviation should occur, design deviation plan, and consult with related keystakeholders. + Analyzing transcripts flagged in Yello and BI action reports from GCO, applyprocess knowledge, and determine follow-up action plan with candidate and/or recruiting stakeholders + Utilizing pre-boarding communication platform to execute on pre-boarding communications strategy. Determining mix of communication options that are relevant to a specific candidate pool and assign relevant onboarding information, trainings, firm news, and action items to candidates. Responding to candidate questions and inquiries and applyprocess and recruiting strategyknowledge to resolve pre-boarding problems. + Designing and managing defined portion of the pre-boarding learning experience. Coordinate with SMEs to hostwebinars, coffee chats, panel discussions or other virtual trainings related to topics such as benefits, personal finance skills, advanced excel skills,leadership, navigating your firstyears at the firm, etc. Ongoing collaboration with recruiting and business stakeholders to determine future areas of training Provide leadership with information on campus hiring activity: + Maintaining reporting for campus activity, including hiring targets, compensation, PSQ, and budgets. Determining and design data presentation that will best enable leadership to utilize reports for data driven decisions. + Understanding evolving reporting capabilities of various recruiting and talent systems,identifyreporting improvement opportunities and collaborate with applicable technologyand process stakeholders to design and execute onimprovements. + Managing customized reporting requests from the Campus Recruiting Leadership group that require analysis of current and historical information pulled from multiple recruiting and talent systems. Troubleshoot and answer questions from recruiting team: + Be a operations subject matter expert and field questions from recruiters and recruiting coordinators related to policy, process, procedure as wellas recruiting technology(Taleo and Yello). Applyprocess knowledge and judgement to facilitate solutions. Questions typically stem from: unique candidate orworkforce planning circumstance that require deviation from standard process, mistakes and/or breakdown in workflow, ideas for process/tech changes/improvements, process and procedures changes. Improve recruiting operational efficiency: + Monitoring project portfolio for patterns of process problems andwork as a team to communicate solutions broadly and/or initiate collaborative process improvement projects. + Managing one or more annual or ongoing operations processes on behalf of team. Examples: annual requisition roll forward process requiring coordination with TSS and all field operations leads,year-long field compliance process for interview evaluations and recruiting system fields in ATS (Taleo), annual process to update job descriptions and all recruiting activityfields in CRM system (Yello) Compliance with regulations and support of non-US citizen hires + Coordinating with V&I group to host specificinformationalsessions related to the V&I process + Collaborating with V&I group to manage all pre-boarding requirements for non-US citizens. Maintain working knowledge of V&I regulations and laws and use judgement to guide candidates accordingly. + Serving as consultative point of contact for Recruiters with V&I questions related to candidates not yet in pre-boarding phase. Determine when candidate scenario requires elevation to V&I team. To qualify, candidates must have: + Solid understanding of the firm's businesses, organization, and operations. + Previous campus recruiting experience and understanding of the campus recruiting cycle is essentialto the position. Knowledge of applicant tracking, and campus relationship management systems is required. Must utilize Recruiting Connection and other recruiting databases to remain current on recruitment forms, presentation materials, and general reference. + Applies process and technology enablement knowledge to analysis and problem solvingwith moderate complexity + Is expected to make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence + Workswith moderate level of guidance + Strong communication skills to act as point of contact for newhires and members of the recruiting team. + Ability to persuade others regarding operations changes is important. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and campus recruiting tools (Yello, Recsolu, Taleo) and an interest in learning new tools + Bachelor's degree or equivalentwork experience + 2-4 years of recruiting or other relevant experience **Travel may be required pending business and project needs** **EY provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.**
