Chateau Elan is looking for qualified, passionate cooks of all
skill levels to join our international team of culinary
professionals. Candidates must have a solid track record of
stability, dependability, creativity and, a high level of
responsibility. He/she will possess above-standard safety and
sanitation practices. Outstanding guest service is invaluable, and
teamwork is crucial. Candidate must be able to multi-task, be
organized and have a desire to grow and learn new skills.
- Previous experience in the Culinary field required
- Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is strongly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced
- Strong attention to detail, ability to remaining calm and
courteous at all times with strong interpersonal & problem solving
skills a must
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include
weekends and holidays
- Minimum 2-5 years culinary experience in an upscale progressive
kitchen, preferably in a high volume culinary operation with good
working knowledge of the fundamentals of cooking and accepted
standards of sanitation.
- Upscale Resort Hotel experience preferred but not required.
