We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable line cook who is passionate about their work and wants to grow with us. Some Key Responsibilities Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring everything is organized and easily accessible before and during shifts. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, maintaining consistency in every dish. Follow instructions and accept feedback from the kitchen Lead and with a positive, non-confrontational attitude. Work collaboratively with all kitchen staff, servers and management to ensure smooth, efficient service, especially during peak hours. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation throughout service, following all food safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or issues to management immediately. Demonstrate reliability and strong time management skills to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is Self-Motivated : Takes initiative to stay busy and find work without constant supervision. Reliable : Consistently on time for shifts and committed to the team. Non-confrontational and open to redirection: Responds calmly to feedback and can adapt to changes in recipes or procedures. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
