Role Overview: SodexoMAGIC is looking for a Food Service Manager 2 for the Morehouse College account in the Atlanta metro area. Strong leadership skills are required to sustain strong client relationships through frequent interface with clients and the student body. The successful candidate will pro-actively seek out feedback to exceed client and guest expectations. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. What You'll Do: have oversight of day-to-day operations of entire account; deliver high quality food service; achieve company and client financial targets and goals; develop and maintain client and customer relationships; develop strategic plans; create a positive environment; and ensure Sodexo standards are met.
