Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, self-driven, experienced P&C Licensed Insurance salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative you will be part of an extraordinary team that is responsible for adding new clients and growing the revenue of our agency by offering insurance products that people need for their security and peace of mind. The CSR will support the on boarding process for new customers, the renewals of current clients, and assist with billing, policy changes, and requests. As a CSR you will be expected to act as a trusted advisor for customers, understanding their needs and recommending Allstate superior offerings to better provide them insurance protection..

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • On Boarding new customers insuring their documents are signed and in place.
  • Explaining our programs to be sure clients take advantage of opportunities.
  • Develop insurance quotes to cross sell and bundle other services to their core policy.
  • Communicate with customers by phones, e-mail, and other internet technologies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing policy reviews to renew policies.
    
    Requirements
    
    
    • Property & Casualty insurance license required.
    • Previous Insurance customer service experience required.
    • Disciplined and organized with a proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teammates and customers.
    • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and present solutions.
