Job Description:

Our Customer is currently seeking Customer Service Reps to be flexible to work evening and weekend shifts from 8AM - 8PM and flexibility to work the 3rd shift of 9PM - 8AM

  • Ability to handle a variety of Inbound/Outbound calls/inquiries
  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Working PC knowledge (windows environment)
  • Problem solving skills and flexibility
  • Display an open mind to change
  • Dependable and available to meet assigned tasks
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Available for overtime
  • Minimum 1 -- years stable work history*****************************************************************************************
    • Must be flexible to work a schedule within Center Hours of 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, Monday thru Sunday as well as 2 agents to work 9PM - 8AM
    • Must be able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays to provide coverage for emergency outage situations.
    • Overtime for emergency outage is driven by extreme weather situations in the states our client serves IE: hurricanes, ice storms etc.Experience:
      • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Education:
        • High school or equivalent (Required)
