Well respected Healthcare facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in a Family Practice outpatient clinic setting near Macon, GA.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p
100% outpatient
Typically see approx. 12-14 ppd
Will see all ages
Seeking candidates with at least 3+ years FNP outpatient clinic experience including chronic disease management
Competitive salary + Bonus incentive up to 25k
Full benefits, CME, 403b with match, phone allowance, 5k sign-on, eligible for Loan repayment through HRSA, etc.
