Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Short Stay for a nursing job in Hiram, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Short Stay - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff About the Role: We are seeking an experienced RN to join a fast-paced Acute Care CDU / Observation / Short Stay unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with a collaborative healthcare team. This is a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy critical thinking and patient management. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in CDU / Observation / Short Stay unit • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans • Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes • Administer medications and treatments safely • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR • Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety standards Requirements:/n/n• Active Georgia RN License or Compact License/n• BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)/n• Minimum 5 years RN experience/n• Experience in Acute Care / Med-Surg / Observation / CDU / Short Stay preferred/n• Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle emergencies/n• Excellent communication and teamwork skills About Pyramid Consulting Supercharge your career with Pyramid Consulting.
