Experience Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required;
Bachelors degree preferred. Current RN licensure in the state or
multi-state compact. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
required upon hire. Less than 1 year of RN experience accepted;
completion of accredited nursing program essential. Strong critical
thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond
effectively to emergencies. Proficient with healthcare technology
and basic computer applications. Shift: 3-12 hour day shifts,
Monday through Friday, with 30-minute on-call rotation as required.
