Job Description:
Job Description JOB Title: Psychiatrist (New Graduates are
Welcome) - Columbus, GA! Location: Columbus, GA Shift: Mon - Fri
(8AM - 5PM) Responsibilities: - Prescribe, direct, administer,
and/or monitor psychotherapeutic treatments or medications or treat
mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders in adults and children.
- Should gather and maintain patient information and records,
including social or medical history obtained from patients,
relatives, or other professionals. - Develop a treatment plan
according to the needs of the patient's needs and extent of
emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral
disorder, and will consult with the patient's Primary Care
Physician (PCP) or other healthcare providers. - Must write and
maintain patient and clinical records, including the type of
treatment and medication administered. Requirements: - Doctor of
Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with degree
from an accredited college/university. - Completion of approved
psychiatric residency. - Must be BC/BE - Must hold medical license
to practice in the state of Georgia. - DEA Certification. Benefits:
