Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Douglasville, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM /n• Every other weekend schedule required /n• Holiday coverage required: 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday /n• Must have greater than 2 years of NICU experience Level III or higher /n• Scrubs provided by facility /n• Required licenses and certifications: RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, NRP (within 180 days) /n• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred) /n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation /n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics /n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care /n• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching /n• Complete mandatory education and competency assessments /n• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff /n• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement activities /n• Must have strong critical thinking skills and ability to function in fast-paced environment /n• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and shared governance models.
