Here is more information about the position: Job Description: - Produces and evaluates ultrasound images and related data that are used by physicians to render a medical diagnosis. - Must acquire and maintain specialized technical skills and medical knowledge to render quality patient care including the injection of contrast media where applicable and institute life saving measures. - Performs complete study including M MODE, REAL TIME, COLOR FLOW MAPPING and DOPPLER. - Provides training, guidance, mentoring, and direction to lesser experienced team members. - Conducts annual competency assessments and maintains documentation according to current policy and protocols. - Provides technical expertise and knowledge for devices and applications by serving as subject matter expert and liaison between vendors, end-users, IT support, and others
