If you are interested in this Home Health Registered Nurse position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Home Health Registered Nurse Compensation The pay for this position is $48.69 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Home Health Registered Nurse Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with on-call 1 weekend per month and occasional weekday after-hours call Mileage reimbursement is $0.49 per mile Home Health Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess patient health status in home settings and implement individualized care plans Provide health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management services Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare providers Manage medications including monitoring, documentation, and physician communication Report condition changes promptly and transcribe physician orders as needed Complete required clinical documentation and nursing notes Supervise LPN/LVN staff when applicable Maintain infection control standards for supplies and equipment in patient homes Coordinate appointments and follow-up care Communicate with hospital staff and discharge planners when patients are admitted Provide training for staff on health and safety procedures Educate caregivers and unlicensed staff on patient-specific care needs Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements Active RN License Ability to travel within assigned counties High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Home Health Registered Nurse Preferred Qualifications OASIS assessment experience Wound care experience Negative pressure device management PICC and central line management Foley insertion and management PleurX drain management Ostomy care and management Trach care LVAD management If you think this Home Health Registered Nurse position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me — feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
