Job Description:

currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Registered
Nurse to specialize in Home Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis.
This role requires a detail-oriented nurse, passionate about
delivering personalized patient care tailored to the needs of
individuals undergoing dialysis at home. Our nurses are core to our
mission, playing a crucial role in patient outcomes and ongoing
treatment adjustment according to patient response. Assess patient
condition before, during, and after procedure, noting and
addressing any complications. Initiate and terminate dialysis
treatments; ensure strict adherence to all safety and hygiene
standards. Educate patients and their families on dialysis-related
health maintenance and management at home. Monitor patient response
to dialysis, adjust treatment plans as necessary under the guidance
of a nephrologist. Maintain dialysis equipment and manage dialysis
treatment supplies. Document patient dialysis treatment and health
data accurately in patient records. Strong clinical skills in
nephrology and dialysis treatment Excellent patient communication,
education, and advocacy Ability to operate and troubleshoot
dialysis equipment Highly developed organizational and
multi-tasking skills Proficient in using electronic health and
medical record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or
Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred CPR certification
required
