Job Description:
At U.S. Renal Care, we are committed to enhancing the lives of

United States. We are currently seeking a dedicated Dialysis
Registered Nurse specialized in Home Hemodialysis (Hemo) and
Peritoneal Dialysis to join our compassionate team. This role
involves managing home dialysis treatments for patients with
chronic kidney disease and ensuring they receive the highest
standard of care. Our nurses are pivotal in educating patients and
their families about treatment options and lifestyle adjustments,
while closely monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment
plans accordingly. Administer and manage home hemodialysis and
peritoneal dialysis treatments. Educate patients and their families
on dialysis treatment options and manage expectations. Monitor and
document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver
integrated care. Participate in training and professional
development activities. Provide emotional support and counseling to
patients and their families. Proficiency in administering
hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to educate and
advocate for patients and their families. High attention to detail
and organizational skills. Solid understanding of compliance and
safety protocols in dialysis. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred.
