Emergency Medicine Physician Carrollton / Villa Rica, Georgia Permanent Position At-a-Glance (Quick Recruiter Scan) Licensure & Board Requirements Emergency Medicine trained only BC/BE Emergency Medicine Practice Model 24-physician private practice group 100% democratic group Full partnership after Year 2 Schedule 16 shifts per month 8-hour shifts Approximately: 14 day shifts 2 night shifts Dedicated nocturnist team (4 physicians) Facility & Volume Details Emergency Departments Carrollton ED: 40 beds Villa Rica ED: 36 beds Both are Level II Trauma Centers Annual Volumes Carrollton: 65,000 visits/year Villa Rica: 45,000 visits/year Coverage Model Works at both Carrollton and Villa Rica EDs NP/PA support provided Compensation & Partnership Track Year 1 salary: $325,000 Year 2 salary: $350,000 Partnership beginning Year 3 Average partner compensation: $450,000 Sign-on bonus: $50,000 Start bonus: $50,000 Relocation: Actual expenses covered up to $14,000 Benefits and malpractice fully paid by the group RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
