Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37404! Job
Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: At least 1
year of ICU/PACU experience License: Current RN license
Certifications: CCRN and CAPA preferred Must-Have: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Description: The position is for a registered nurse in the Post
Anesthesia Care Unit. The unit consists of 16 beds with a patient
ratio of 1:2. Only registered nurses are present; there are no unit
secretaries or techs. The unit is equipped with bedside monitors
and arterial lines. Documentation is managed through Meditech. The
shift requires a rotation for call duties. There will be no
floating to other units. Intubation procedures are performed, but
anesthesia leads the process. No specific certifications are
required for this position. The required uniform is navy blue
scrubs. Great teamwork is emphasized within the unit. Prospective
candidates should be aware of the supportive environment and
