You will support functional progress, encourage patient engagement, and contribute to a positive clinic experience. Key Responsibilities Implement treatment plans as established by supervising Physical Therapists Provide safe, effective, and compassionate patient care Educate patients on exercises, goals, and progress Communicate with PTs and support staff to maintain continuity of care Document accurately and efficiently following organizational standards Float between CSMO therapy locations as needed Minimum Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) BLS (CPR) certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to travel among our 5 CSMO therapy locations A genuine passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population A lifelong learner with a commitment to growth, new skills, and evidence?based practice About CSMO The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has been a leader in orthopaedic and sports medicine care since 1979, with 12 locations serving Chattanooga, North Georgia, and surrounding communities.
