Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Chattanooga, TN Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,378 to $1,572 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37412! Job Title : RN - Labor/Delivery (L&D) City/State: Chattanooga, Tennessee Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/09/2026 Responsibilities: Perform cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placement, and vaginal deliveries Initiate IV starts with lab draws Circulate and recover cesarean sections, typically with spinal anesthesia Requirements: 2 years of L&D experience with preferably 1 or more travel contracts completed Certifications: AWHONN intermediate fetal heart monitoring, NRP, ACLS, BLS Advanced skills: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing A diverse range of assignments on your resume showcases your adaptability, versatility, and resilience.
