Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is actively seeking a dedicated Family Nurse
Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This
role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare
in underserved communities. The candidate will be responsible for
providing comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services,
managing patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. A commitment to
patient-centered care and community health is paramount in this
role, aligning with our mission to provide affordable, inclusive
healthcare services. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and
develop treatment plans. Manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Administer vaccinations and conduct regular health check-ups.
Prescribe medications and monitor side effects. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Educate
patients and their families on preventive care and chronic disease
management. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems. Strong organizational and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant in the state employed. Certification from the
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the National Commission
on Certification of Physician Assistants. Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
