working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214! Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 12 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in
Emergency Room License: Valid nursing license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge
experience - Experience with a patient ratio of 4:1 - Proficiency
in the Epic charting system - Ability to manage arterial lines and
central lines - Experience with continuous IV sedation and IV
vasopressors - Proficient in interpreting dysrhythmias and arterial
blood gases Description: The Emergency Room is seeking experienced
Registered Nurses. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of
experience in an emergency department. Travelers are expected to
float within the facility and perform tasks within their scope of
practice as needed. Successful candidates will be required to work
every other weekend and participate in holiday shifts as scheduled.
Full compliance with facility requirements is essential for a
timely start. Candidates will be responsible for providing care to
a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and
geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 265 visits.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory
services, pharmacy, and physical therapy, is essential. Flexibility
and a willingness to work with various patient diagnoses and
emergency procedures are crucial. All compliance documentation must
be submitted in a timely manner to ensure on-time readiness. Travel
experience is preferred, and local candidates are welcome to apply.
