Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a multi-provider outpatient clinic Mentor and develop staff clinicians, new graduates, and support staff Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to improve patient access, clinical outcomes, and financial success Collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion efforts Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical quality standards, and company policies are met Participate in community outreach and referral development Maintain a partial clinical caseload (approximately 6070%) while managing administrative duties Qualifications & Pay Range: Qualifications Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program Current state licensure (or eligible) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team oriented with a collaborative mindset ???? Clinic Hours: MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM ???? Base Salary: $95,000 $115,000/year monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day ???? Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $30,000! (Pay range accounts for experience, credentials, and geographic market with room for growth.)
