Job Description:
Title: Family Medicine Physician Location: Gainesville /
Braselton, GA Shift: Full-time (4- or 5-day work-week) Sign-on &
Relocation provided! Responsibilities: Educate patients on
wellness, prevention and early detection by providing materials and
resources to the patients and their families. Determine which
referrals are required based upon examination and patient needs.
Determine level of urgency of follow-up referral consultation
appointments. Exercises final medical judgment in all issues of
healthcare. Prescribes medical treatment and clinical drugs to
patients. Requirements: MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Family Medicine Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license
Active DEA license Clean background with no malpractice history
