focused on primary care for senior patients within a value-based
care model. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic
procedures such as echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitoring, and
stress tests, supported by a multidisciplinary team. The role

Position Profile Primary Care Practice (V.I.P Service to Senior
Patients through preventative patient care) Full Front and Back
Office Support for each Physician PCP support in each office Each
Physician has their own Medical Assistant Your own sonographer
Procedures done by our Cardiologists Echo/Ultrasounds EKG Holter
Monitors Stress Tests On-site lab and prescription dispensary
Requirements Board Certified in Cardiology Licensed or able to
obtain a license in state of interest Fellows encouraged to apply
