Neonatologist Opening - Level III NICU (Macon, Georgia) A dedicated children's hospital in Macon, Georgia, is seeking an additional Neonatologist to join a high-performing NICU team serving central and south Georgia. About the Position -Work in a 66-bed, state-of-the-art Level III NICU within a Magnet-designated hospital for Nursing Excellence- 26 weeks per year - one week on / one week off-Daily rounding with on-call from home every other night -Clinical appointment available at Mercer Medical School-Exceptional NNP support Clinical Scope -High-frequency ventilation-Inhaled nitric oxide-Therapeutic hypothermia / brain cooling-Strong pediatric subspecialty support-Hospital is a Level I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia Why this NICU -Brand-new 50,000 sq. ft.
