Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Work as a Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials in a K-12 school environment located in Soddy Daisy, TN. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, offering 35 to 37.5 hours per week. Typical work hours are 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs. In this role, you will manage a caseload of 10 to 12 students, providing behavior analysis and support services tailored to individual needs. You will also supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding their interventions and professional growth. A key requirement includes completing a 4-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Strategies (TCIS) training, which the district will fully fund.
