ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Stockbridge, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Tele Job Details: • Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required • Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with 32-bed unit capacity • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Work with adult to geriatric patient population • Every other weekend schedule required • Floating required within facility to like units • Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed • Navy blue scrub color required • Call is rare with 2-hour response time when needed • Holiday work required based on assignment period (work 1-2 major holidays if they fall during assignment) • Epic charting system preferred, also use Pyxis and SBAR • Must have experience with cardiac drips, hemodynamic monitoring, and post-PCI care • Handle overflow IMCU patients including arrhythmia management, cardioversion, cardiac CHF, chest pain, renal, and pulmonary conditions • Manage cardiac arrhythmias, post-cardiac catheterization patients, TR bands, and DKA • Experience required with cardiac medications including amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, nitroglycerin, milrinone, heparin, and others • Must be available to submit compliance documents and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing • GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal • Two supervisory references highly preferred (manager level or above) Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 32-bed telemetry unit that serves as an overflow for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), providing specialized cardiac and medical-surgical care. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and maintains 24/7 respiratory services support.
