Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Unit Details - ED Size: 61 beds surge capacity - Patient Population: Chest pain, strokes, diabetes, abdominal pain, MVCs, HTN, stabbings, mental health - Ratios: - RN: 1:4 (zone dependent) - LPN: 1:4 - Techs: 4–6 per shift - Experience Required: 2 years ED RN - First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes Required Certifications - BLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC - BCR (EKG competency exam required during compliance) - Emergency Nursing national cert preferred (not required) Skills & Clinical Experience - Level I Trauma ED experience - Drips: Heparin, Insulin, Cardene, Dopamine, Epinephrine, Fentanyl, Propofol, Levophed Scheduling & Orientation - Weekend rotation: 5–6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - No call - Holiday requirement: 1 shift per major holiday group - Orientation: - 1 day facility/modules - 2 days unit orientation - Floating: Within ER only Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
