Precision OS Technology is seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role involves coordinating patient care by using advanced virtual reality technology to facilitate orthopedic surgical education and treatment planning. The Treatment Coordinator will be instrumental in enhancing both the learning experiences for surgeons and clinical outcomes for patients. This position requires a unique blend of clinical knowledge and technology application, focusing on the precision and effectiveness of patient treatment workflows. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for surgical consultations and follow-ups. Liaise between patients, surgeons, and insurance companies to facilitate effective healthcare delivery. Use virtual reality technology to assist in the visualization and explanation of surgical procedures to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest in orthopedic surgery and virtual reality applications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to customize patient treatment plans based on surgical simulations and outcomes. Proficiency in virtual reality systems and software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex healthcare schedules. Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology. Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred. HIPAA certification beneficial.
