Job Description:
Aramark, a leader in providing superior service across food
service, facilities, and uniforms, is seeking an Environmental
Services Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our
healthcare environmental services department. This role is pivotal
in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety,
ensuring that our healthcare clients receive top-tier, consistent
service aligned with Aramark's commitment to excellence and
innovation. The successful candidate will manage a diverse team,
streamline processes, and implement sustainable practices to
enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Develop
and implement standard operating procedures for cleaning and
maintenance of healthcare facilities. Manage a team of
environmental services staff, conducting training, scheduling, and
performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all health and
safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare administration to
meet facility needs and enhance patient satisfaction. Monitor and
manage department budget, ensuring cost-effective resource
allocation. Evaluate and integrate eco-friendly cleaning solutions
and technologies. Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in
health and safety regulations Ability to implement and manage
budgets effectively Experience with eco-friendly practices and
