Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Monroe, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 6:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required; no call Highlights: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit with 36-bed capacity serving adult and geriatric populations Patient ratio of 6:1 across all shifts (days, nights, and weekends) Epic charting system experience preferred Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience Maximum 7 days of requested time off available during assignment Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Current BLS certification Proficiency in telemetry monitoring (on-unit and remote), dysrhythmia interpretation and management Experience with Med/Surg patient populations and telemetry monitoring Two supervisory references from Manager level or above (highly preferred at submission) Community hospital and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Full compliance documentation required prior to start date Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Medical-Surgical/Telemetry position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive patient care resources.
