The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in utilizing the Nursing
Process to address the needs of patients, adhering to established
professional nursing standards. This position ensures compliance
with the philosophy, mission, goals, objectives, policies, and
procedures of the Nursing Department and our organization. The RN
is accountable for the quality of care provided to a designated
group of patients, effectively delegating tasks and guiding staff
in care delivery. Assignments may include shifts across all four
rural hospitals within a pay period. Responsibilities are carried
out in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.
Position Overview: Education: Completion of an accredited nursing
program. Licensure: Active license from the Missouri State Board of
Nursing. Experience: Entry-level position.
Certification/Registration: Basic CPR certification required.
