Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 01/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Travel Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Atlanta, GA Start Date: 1/19/26 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights – 12-hour shifts Shift Times: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Schedule: F/S/S or S/S/M Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week On Call: None Department Respiratory Care / Diagnostic Services – Respiratory Therapist Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty. - Required Certifications: - AHA BLS - ACLS - PALS - RRT (NBRC) - Must be able to work major holidays during assignment: - Christmas Day or New Year’s Day (at least one) - Must also work one minor holiday: - Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve Position Overview Provide direct respiratory care and diagnostic support to patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. Perform respiratory assessments, interventions, and treatments as ordered by physicians. Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
