What You’ll Do: - Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow with confidence and care - Mentor, guide, and support nurses and medical staff — leading by example - Deliver and coordinate high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards - Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction What You’ll Need: - Active RN License (Single-State or Compact Multi-State) – Required - BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required | ACLS – within 1 year of hire - 2 years of nursing experience (Urgent Care or Emergency Dept. preferred) - Leadership or Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred - Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills What’s In It For You: ?
