Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,255 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30322! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months in specialty within the past 3 years License: GA or compact license required Certifications: ACLS required Must-Have: - Experience with post CABG cardiac surgery patients - Ability to manage patients with chest tubes - Knowledge of LVADs, training will be provided Description: This unit operates with a patient care ratio of 1:4 or 1:5. The role involves caring for patients 24 hours post-cardiac surgery. No ventilator experience is required. Candidates must have experience working in a similar specialty within the timeframe specified. The facility provides training for managing LVADs. The environment is similar to an intensive care unit.
