Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,956 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of travel experience License: Must hold a current nursing license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Travel experience required; first timers not accepted Description: HARD STOP: TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Minimum experience of 1 year is required. Patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Candidates must be proficient in arrhythmia management, cardioversion, and basic cardiac care. Knowledge of cardiac conditions including congestive heart failure, chest pain, and renal issues is essential. Experience with pulmonary conditions, such as COPD and pulmonary edema, is required. Candidates must also manage DVTs and stable cardiac arrhythmias like A-Fib and SVT. Experience in surgical care including post-operative care for cholecystectomy and appendectomy is necessary. Skills in handling post-cardiac catheterization patients and maintaining TR Bands are a must. Familiarity with cardiac drips including amiodarone, dobutamine, dopamine, and nitroglycerin is required. Basic arrhythmia knowledge is crucial, along with the ability to manage drips and hemodynamic monitoring. The nurse will float to like units as needed, with a patient ratio of 1:5-6. The daily census includes 32 patients. Preparation for all major holidays during the assignment is expected. The nurse will be responsible for comprehensively managing care under the medical/surgical umbrella. Compliance with clinical and orientation requirements is necessary for timely start.
