Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,100 to $3,100 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating patient care across the continuum to ensure quality, cost-effective outcomes. This role involves assessment, care planning, utilization review, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. The RN Case Manager advocates for patients, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and supports safe transitions of care. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact) 2 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care, med-surg, telemetry, or similar preferred) 1 year of Case Management, Care Coordination, or Utilization Review experience preferred Strong knowledge of care planning, discharge planning, and patient advocacy Experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Familiarity with insurance guidelines, utilization review, and documentation standards Proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred) Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
